This established West Knoxville neighborhood has many large all brick homes in excess of 4,000 square feet and most were built in the 2000s. There’s a wonderful view of the Smoky Mountains from certain homes as well. Fox Run Knoxville is currently zoned for Farragut primary, elementary, and middle and Hardin Valley Academy for high school. The amenities include 2 neighborhood pools, tennis court, soccer field, club house, and covered picnic areas. The Farragut walking trail is also accessible within the subdivision. The HOA fee is $360.
