What's it like to live in Village Green, Farragut?

“We loved living in Village Green. It is a neighborhood that still has at its heart community. There is a book club, a garden club, a Bible study, Bunco and so many great neighbors. For kids, it is a wonderful place to meet friends, from when they are small at the kindergarten round-up to our neighborhood champion swim team. Go Gators! There are regular socials including a fall bonfire, Christmas party where children just might spy Santa coming in a fire truck or on a skateboard, an Easter Egg hunt, and an ice cream social on the 4th of July. You can’t beat the location either, right down the street from Turkey Creek and an easy walk to Farragut Primary, Campbell Station library and park. It is easy to see Village Green looks great as you drive by, but the people who live inside the houses are what make it a great place to live.” —Nancy and Jeff “Village Green is a great neighborhood to live in. With two community pools and sets of tennis courts, an active neighborhood association, as well as plenty of walking trails close by, that would be enough to entice anyone. However, when considering that Village Green is one of the most distinguished and sought-after neighborhoods in West Knoxville, and is less than 5 minutes from Turkey Creek and the interstate, it’s hard to believe that our house feels so secluded when it is so close to everything you need for shopping, medical, schools and  entertainment! We are very sad to leave this area. We have thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of our street and home, our neighbors and the location of Village Green in general!” —Shawn & Tonnie "The 3 most important words in real estate are location, location, location and Village Green has LOCATION! Village Green is located in the heart of Farragut. Convenient to all the Farragut schools, library, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, post office, town hall, interstate and of course Turkey Creek shopping! Easy access in and out of the neighborhood with entrances on Campbell Station Road and Kingston Pike.  Residents of Village Green have access to 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and the clubhouse. Neighbors are friendly and outgoing and there’s always people out walking, running or riding bicycles. There are numerous organized events throughout the year, such as ice cream socials after the 4th of July parade, easter egg hunts, and even neighborhood yard sales. We have lived in Village Green for over 25 years and I can’t imagine a better location in Farragut to live!" – Cheryl & Russ
