Mallard Bay is an amazing waterfront neighborhood on the banks of Fort Loudoun Lake. It’s located just off of Northshore Drive near Choto Road in Farragut. It’s only about 10 minutes from the shopping and entertainment area of Turkey Creek. This is a newer community with most of the homes being built around 2004. You’ll find some amazing waterfront estates, great landscaped yards, and beautiful views of the lake. The amenities include private boat dock with boat launch, picnic area, gazebo with grill, and sidewalks throughout. Mallard Bay is zoned for Farragut Elementary, Middle, and High schools.
